Shipping Policy

*Free regular delivery available on all Australian orders $70.00 AUD and up.  This service is automatically applied to eligible orders at the checkout.

NOTE: All orders are now signature on delivery by default.  If you would like us to remove this service, please leave a comment when you checkout!

We ship orders out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  If you purchase on these days before 12PM (midday) AEST your order will typically be shipped out that day.  If you purchase on a different day or you order after midday, your order will be sent out the following business day. 

Order Tracking

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.  Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking details on how to monitor your order's journey to your door.

Free Regular Delivery (2-8+ business days) – $70.00 AUD and up
Regular Delivery (2-8+ business days) $7.99 AUD
Express Delivery (1-3+ business days) $11.99 AUD*

* NOTE: you can add insurance to your order for an extra $2.00.  This means that if your item is lost in the mail, then your full order will be refunded.

New Zealand

Australia Post Air Mail - $11.95 for all orders (includes tracking!)

Depending on the total cost of your order, you may be required to pay duties/taxes from your local government/postal carrier.  Please contact your local postal service for more information.

* NOTE: Express Delivery does NOT guarantee next day delivery!  If your postcode is in the Australia Post Express Network, then you may receive it the next day, but it is not guaranteed!
